We process your personal information on the following legal basis:

Am I required to provide my personal information?

Personal information is required to process any purchases such as email, name, shipping and billing address and credit card details. Any other personal information you provide is acknowledged by you as requested when registering to receive email contact such as free eBooks or materials sent to your inbox. 

Once you provide us with your personal information, an account is automatically created for you within our system in order to keep a history of such activity and purchases. This also prevents us from sending you repeated emails for newsletters or email lists you have already subscribed to and allows us to minimize the potential of communicating any irrelevant or repeated information.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

We only utilize your email for company needs and operations such as making use of service providers (ie website hosting), advertising providers (with regard to cookies) and other providers necessary for our direct communication (email lists) and for operating our website.

 

How long is my personal information stored?

Your personal information is stored in the user account that is automatically created upon providing us with this information. This information will remain in our system for the duration that you have an account with us. This also allows us to notify you of any product changes or updates. Your personal information is removed from our system once you close the account, however we do maintain required information such as purchases for necessary accounting purposes. 

 

How do we protect your information?

Your personal information is stored within a secured network that is accessibly only by verified administrators who have been given access to these systems and are required to keep the information confidential. Credit card information is always kept private and encrypted. Stripe and PayPal are responsible for storing your credit card information and does not allow us to directly see your credit card information which is stored within the system.

We update and check any changes in the administrator privileges regularly in order to ensure your privacy and safety. All transactions are processed through Stripe or PayPal and we do not manually alter payment information unless specifically requested to or agreed to by the consumer.


Do we use ‘cookies’?

Our website uses cookies which are small files that the website transfers to your device (mobile, tablet, computer) via your browser. Cookies allow us to recognize your browser and recall certain information - for example, items in your shopping cart or your preferences based on website activity and data, therefore allowing us to improve our service and provide better recommendations.
