Vitamin E 400 IU 60 Soft Gels
Studies have demonstrated that vitamin E may be able to reduce histamine levels. The reason this is possible, is because vitamin E has shown to actually reduce histamine release. The reduced levels of histamine release occur because vitamin E has shown the potential to decrease mast cell activation. Therefore, vitamin E may assist those with mast cell activation syndrome, or high histamine levels in general which can occur entirely or partially due to mast cell contributions.
