A Beginner’s Guide to Histamine Intolerance is our 94 page go-to manual that will provide you with a clear overview of this rarely discussed disorder.

The book is great for those who are new to histamine intolerance themselves or have a loved one they wish to help on their journey to learning more about the disorder. Additionally, it’s a great informational resource for those who have dove into the topic more deeply, such as through the How I Solved My Histamine Intolerance Course, but still wish to get a deeper understanding of the underlying pathology itself.

This book describes how lifestyle impacts histamine intolerance and the most important lifestyle factors to change, as well as explaining when and why histamine-associated symptoms flare up such as during exercise or after eating the same “safe” meal.

Along with a low histamine foods list, this book contains info on low histamine alcoholic beverage options, plus a list of high histamine medications that may be causing symptoms. You’ll also get a number of delicious, nutritionist-approved low histamine recipes for you to enjoy worry-free!

Please note, this is not a comprehensive healing or supplement protocol - this is an overview of the disorder. The How I Solved My Histamine Intolerance Course is our histamine healing program which takes you through our step-by-step intervention protocol.

      Great at home recipes

There is no better website for histamine information and this recipe book is the easiest, most affordable, tasty way to start. My daughter felt better in the two weeks starting period, both the first time she did it years ago and this time when she had a bad reaction at college. We would love a follow up book with recipes for when there is limited access to a kitchen. College and travel being our two main experiences of need. There is nothing offered for these two ares of life and many nutritionists don’t understand histamine issues enough to give good low histamine advice.
