Why I Created My Own Cookbooks
I’m Anita, the nutritional scientist behind your low histamine cookbooks. I know how stressful mealtime can be when you’re histamine intolerant. Constantly worrying about which foods are allowed makes it hard to find enjoyment in eating.

Hi, thankful to have found this because eating is a real challenge sometimes and hasn't been very fun or creative. The only thing I would say is that some of the photos do not seem to be photos of the actual recipe. There are ingredients in some of the photos that are not included in the recipes It is a little confusing as to what is/should be included and what should not. Thanks.

We sometimes add extra garnish or some additional foods in the background simply to look more 'decorative' for the photos, but they are not necessary to use in the recipe.
